Oskyn is a mobile application that provides AI-powered beauty product scanning, ingredient analysis, and personalized skincare recommendations. The app uses Artificial Intelligence to scan product barcodes and labels, analyze ingredients, assess skin compatibility, and provide comprehensive product information. Features include product scanning, ingredient analysis, skin analysis, AI beauty coaching, compatibility scoring, and personalized product recommendations.

Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days.
Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase.

3. Payment and Billing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

Oskyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including any allergic reactions, skin issues, or other health outcomes from using products identified or recommended by the app. Product information and ingredient analysis are provided as-is without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Use of this app is entirely at your own risk.

Oskyn aggregates product information from various sources including manufacturer websites, public databases, and user submissions. We do not manufacture, sell, or endorse any products shown in the app. Product availability, formulations, and prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
